Description | This product is a murine hybridoma IgM antibody produced by immunizing Balb/c mice with a glycoconjugate vaccine containing soluble Candida albicans β-Dextran preparation (GGZym). mAb-IgM was shown to bind to the cell wall of fungal pathogens (C. albicans, Aspergillus fumigatus, and Cryptococcus neoformans), but did not confer protection in experimental models of C. albicans infection. |

SDS-PAGE analysis of V3S-0723-FY118 in reduced (Lane 1) and non-reduced (Lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 70 kDa and 23 kDa, respectively.
