The anti-CD44 antibody could be used to immunoprecipitate and isolate other forms of the CD44 antigen. The antibody was well-tolerated and significantly inhibited the tumor growth in a human breast cancer xenograft model. The antibody significantly inhibited tumor growth in the PC-3 in vivo established model of human prostate cancer. |
