Description | This humanized monoclonal antibody is designed to target the human and cynomolgus monkey CD44 protein specifically. The antibody has a high affinity value of 3.17 nM for human CD44 protein. This antibody demonstrates utility in various applications such as Inhib, ELISA, and IHC assays. The anti-CD44 antibody could be used to immunoprecipitate and isolate other forms of the CD44 antigen. The antibody was well-tolerated and significantly inhibited the tumor growth in a human breast cancer xenograft model. The antibody significantly inhibited tumor growth in the PC-3 in vivo established model of human prostate cancer. |
