Description | This product is a human monoclonal antibody that reacts with epidermal growth factor (EGFR). The antibody AbA has improved binding affinity for EGFR. AbA binds to EGFR protein in an in vitro keratinocyte binding assay. Further, antibody AbA is able to inhibit or decrease tumor growth in a xenograft H292 cell assay and was comparable at inhibiting cell growth in an in vivo assay. |
