| Description | This product is a broadly neutralizing mouse antibody against MERS-CoV S protein. It binds to the N-terminal domain (NTD) of the spike glycoprotein and inhibits the cell entry of MERS-CoV with high potency. The 7D10 bound the wild-type NTD with an affinity of around 25 nM. |
