Description | This product is a mouse antibody to RSV F. The antibody recognizes both pre-fusion and post-fusion RSV F and binds strongly to a previously unidentified neutralizing epitope positioned between antigenic sites II and IV in the F1 fragment. The antibody has a high affinity for RSV F NP, with a KD value of 0.07 nM. Additionally, it binds to the site II peptide (residues 254-278) with a KD value of 12.5 nM. |
