Application Notes | This antibody has been tested by Bio-layer interferometry (BLI) and Neutralization assay. The affinity was tested by BLI, the biosensor was loaded with antigen (His-tagged SARS-CoV-2 RBD protein) and then moved into the antibody at saturating concentration of 100 μg/mL. The neutralizing potency was tested by Neutralization assay, HeLa-hACE2 cells (2 × 105/mL) were suspended and 25 μL of antibody was incubated with 25 μL of pseudovirus at 37°C. |
