Summary

Description The anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody is a rabbit IgG, clone 9H1X. This product is a recombinant antibody provided by Creative Biolabs. It interacts with the receptor-binding motif (RBM) region of the receptor-binding domain on the spike protein and by directly competing with ACE2, it blocks the binding of the virus to the receptor and achieves neutralization.

Applications

Application ELISA, Neut
Application Notes ELISA plates were coated with 25 μL of 1 μg/mL WT, Delta and Omicron spike ECD or RBD proteins and incubated overnight at 4°C. After washing and blocking, 25 μL 9H1 RmAbs of gradient concentrations were added to each well and incubated for 1 h. Then, goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP was added and incubated for 1 h at room temperature. Thermo TMB substrate was then added and plates were kept in the dark at room temperature. Finally, the OD of 450 nm was measured using the Epoch micro_x0002_plate spectrophotometer.
