| Description | The anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody is a rabbit IgG, clone 9H1X. This product is a recombinant antibody provided by Creative Biolabs. It interacts with the receptor-binding motif (RBM) region of the receptor-binding domain on the spike protein and by directly competing with ACE2, it blocks the binding of the virus to the receptor and achieves neutralization. |

| Application Notes | ELISA plates were coated with 25 μL of 1 μg/mL WT, Delta and Omicron spike ECD or RBD proteins and incubated overnight at 4°C. After washing and blocking, 25 μL 9H1 RmAbs of gradient concentrations were added to each well and incubated for 1 h. Then, goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP was added and incubated for 1 h at room temperature. Thermo TMB substrate was then added and plates were kept in the dark at room temperature. Finally, the OD of 450 nm was measured using the Epoch micro_x0002_plate spectrophotometer. |
