Application ELISA, Neut
Application Notes Maxisorp plates were coated with SARS-CoV-2 RBD at 2 µg/ml in carbonate coating buffer overnight at 4°C. The following day, plates were washed twice with PBS and blocked in 4% milk in PBS-T for 2 h. Plates were washed 3x with PBS-T and incubated with the monoclonal antibodies diluted to 100 µg/ml in PBS for 1 h. Plates were then washed 3x with PBS-T and incubated with HRP-conjugated goat Anti-human IgG antibody for 1 h. Plates were finally washed 2x with PBS-T and 1x with PBS and incubated with TMB substrate until the reac_x0002_tion was quenched with HCl. Plates were read at Abs 450 nm.
