| Description | The antibody 2-36 is a human mAb specific for SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1 protein. Antibody neutralized not only all current circulating SARS-CoV-2 variants and SARS-COV, but also a panel of bat and pangolin sarbecoviruses that can use human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) as a receptor. It neutralized SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus at IC50 ~0.04 µg/mL and the authentic virus (WA1 strain) at IC50 ~0.1 µg/mL. |
