Description | The antibody P2G3 is a human mAb specific for SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1 protein. It is a potent monoclonal neutralizing antibody. The antibody displayed the most potent activity in assays performed with the spike protein from Omicron BA.1, BA.1.1 that includes the R346K mutation and BA.2. It had potent neutralizing activity against lentiviruses pseudotyped with spike from the initial 2019-nCoV (D614G), Alpha, Beta and Delta VOCs (IC80 value of 0.022, 0.051, 0.038 and 0.035 µg/ml, respectively). |
