| Description | This recombinant human antibody (clone 1E8-4b) specifically recognizes Aβ peptides (1-40), (1-42) and (1-43). The 1E8-4b does not recognize APP695 and APP770 which contain the Aβ sequence. Pepset epitope mapping showed specific binding of 1E8-4b to Aβ amino acid residues 17-22. 1E8-4b has been tested in use for ELISA, IHC and IB. |
