Applications

Application ELISA; WB; FC; Inhib
Application Notes This anti-CA12 antibody was able to react with soluble and denatured CA12, analyzed by ELISA and WB, respectively. The results of Flow Cytometry showed that it reacted with cellular CA12 on the surface of live kidney and lung cancer cells. The mAb exhibits high inhibition of the enzymatic activity of CA XII (~42 nM). This antibody 14D6 effects on A549 and A498 cell migration at a concentration of 10 µg/mL.
