Description | This antibody binds to blood coagulation factor VIIa (FVIIa). The mAb could potentially hinder the insertion of the freed N-terminus of the activation loop into the activation pocket, thereby preserving the zymogen-like conformation of FVIIaDVQ. SPR experiments showed that mAb4F5 specifically recognized 1 of the 3 mutations in FVIIaDVQ. |
