Summary

Description This is a mouse antibody designed to target H3K27me3. It is derived from hybridoma. H3K27me3 is an epigenetic modification on the DNA packaging protein Histone H3. H3K27me3 is a marker that signifies the tri-methylation of lysine 27 on the histone H3 protein. This tri-methylation is linked to the suppression of nearby genes through the creation of heterochromatic regions.
