| Description | This is a mouse IgG1 kappa antibody that is produced by the hybridoma, which binds to human hepcidin-25. AN-LP1 reacts with human hepcidin-25 and does not cross-react with murine hepcidin-25. The affinity constant of AN-LP1 is 0.99 nM. The antibody can detect the hepcidin-25 in serum, and further able to inhibit the binding of hepcidin to ferroportin appear highly desirable. |
