Description | The mAb is an antibody against PfRH5 from peripheral blood B cells from vaccinees with a PfRH5-based vaccine. This antibody binds primarily to the N-terminus of helix 2 of PfRH5. The primary contact is mediated by the H3 loop, which is located on the groove between helices 2 and 3. Other interactions are mediated by the H1, H2, and L2 loops. |
