Description | This recombinant human antibody (clone 3E2) specifically recognizes the Vaccinia virus F13 protein. 3E2 could detects the whole F13 but not reacts with VACV Elstree, VACV Munich1 and the recombinant A27 protein. The binding activities of 3E2 to F13 were measured by indirect ELISA and WB. 3E2 does not have any neutralising activity because of the inner localisation of the F13 protein. |

Application Notes | The binding activities of this mAb to recombinant F13 VACV protein were examined by ELISA and Western Blot. The result of WB showed the binding activity of scFv format on the F13 protein, but not on VACV Elstree, VACV Munich1 and the A27 protein under reduced conditions. |
