Description | This product is a human monoclonal antibody that binds human Colony Stimulating Factor-1 Receptor (CSF-1R). Antibody 1 binds to the human but not mouse CSF-IR and inhibits CSF-1 binding to human CSF-1 R. The antibody was found to internalize and induce CSF-1R degradation. It also can be used to stimulate ADCC in cell such as monocytes, macrophages and tumors. |
