Description | The antibody is a recombinant human antibody that binds to mouse MCL1. Germline deletion of Mcl-1, one of two Bcl-2-like pro-survival genes, causes embryonic lethality in mice. Its requirement for survival of multiple cell types was further elucidated by using conditional and inducible deletion mouse model systems in different tissues or cell lineages and at different developmental stages. |
