| Application Notes | ELISA plates were coated with SARS-CoV-2 RBD or S protein at 0.01 μg/mL and 1 μg/mL in PBS at 4°C overnight. After standard washing and blocking, 100 μL 1 μg/mL antibodies was added to each well. After a 2 h incubation at room temperature, plates were washed and incubated with 0.08 μg/mL goat anti-human IgG (H+L)/HRP for 1 h incubation at room temperature. Chromogen solution was used as the substrate, and absorbance at 450 nm was measured by a microplate reader. A mAb is defined as ELISA-positive when the OD450 is saturated using 1 μg/mL RBD/S protein. |
