Summary

Description DRVIA7H+gDRVI01-L57 mAb is a human neutralizing antibody that specifically binds to the Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 MN strain (HIV1) gp120. The entry of Human Immunodeficiency Virus type 1 (HIV-1) into target cells is facilitated by the envelope (Env) glycoproteins. These glycoproteins are found on the surface of HIV-1 virions or infected cells and exist as trimers composed of gp120/gp41 complexes.
