Description | SF12 is a recombinant human antibody and blocks Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). SF12 recognizes a glycan-dominant epitope on the silencing face of Env and is effective against the AE virus clade. SF12 binds to distinct epitopes near the epitopes of bNAb 8ANC195 and PGT151 at the CD4 binding site and at the gp120-gp41 interface. |
