Summary

Description CCR4 is the main receptor for CCL17 and CCL22 and is present in a variety of cells. CCR4 is a cell surface protein and should not be confused with the unrelated carbon catabolite repression negative on TATA-less (CCR4-Not), a nuclear protein complex that regulates gene expression. chKM2760 is a chimeric (mouse/human) IgG1, kappa antibody targeting human CCR4. It has a cross reaction with mouse species.
