Description | The clone K1-1 antibody is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes cocaine. The K1-1 can bind to cocaine-HCl with an affinity of 5.9 uM. The 2β methyl ester and 3β benzoyl ester were found to be critical for the binding of the K1-1 and K1-4 antibodies because they do not bind BE or ecgonine methyl ester. |
