Description | 6G11 is a fully human monoclonal antibody that can be readily detected in the sera of mice. However, it is inherently immunogenic. The affinity of 6G11 for selected hFcγRIIB monoclonal antibodies is measured at 26.4 nM. In NK cell effectors that express high- or low-affinity variants of hFcγRIIIA, 6G11 demonstrated greater potency than rituximab in inducing cell death. |
