Description | Clone 102-10 is a recombinant mouse antibody targeting human Fibrin β chain (FGB). It can cross reactive with mouse. 102-10 was found to bind insoluble fibrin but not associated soluble species including fibrinogen, fibrin monomer and fibrin degradation products (FDP). The epitope of the 102-10 antibody was found to be part of the beta chain of insoluble fibrin, arranged in pit structures that are only exposed when insoluble fibrin forms. |
