| Description | 005-C04 is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes human PRLR. The antibody 005-C04 reacts with the extracellular domain of PRLR. It is cross reactive with mouse. The clone 005-C04 inhibited phosphorylation of STAT5 in T47D cells in a dose-dependent manner. Antibody 005-C04 showed sufficient cross-reactivity with the murine prolactin receptor and was therefore the only antibody available for the murine in vivo model. |
