| Application Notes | The 35PA83 "6.20" IgG exhibits, with respect to the PA83 antigen, an association constant (Ka) of 2.93×105 M, a dissociation constant (Kd) of 9.70×10-6 M and an affinity constant (KD) of 3.3×10-11 M. 35PA83 has a high-affinity antibody which effectively neutralizes the lethal toxin (IC50 = 5.6 nM). The 35PA83 antbody IgG neutralizes the anthrax toxin by preventing the interaction of PA with its cell receptor. |
