| Description | This is a human IgG1, λ monoclonal antibody designed to target BoNT/A. It is suitable for use in ELISA, Neut, WB, and Inhib assay. The antibody exhibited a 92% inhibition of the cleavage induced by BoNT/A. Through ELISA, it was observed that the antibody specifically binds to the BoNT/A LC, and not to the BoNT/A heavy chain. Furthermore, when administered alone, the antibody demonstrated potent in vivo neutralization, and in collaboration with an antibody specific for the HC. |
