V3S-0622-YC1219 | Human | FuncS |
Description | A fully human monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the chemokine regulated upon activation, normal T-cell expressed, and secreted (RANTES, CCL5). The clone inhibits the activity of both recombinant and native huRANTES in a dose-dependent manner. The antibody was able to inhibit calcium flux in cells that express either hCCR1, hCCR3 or hCCR5. 1E4 only binds to humans and cynomolgus RANTES and not with RANTES from other species nor with any of the other human chemokines. |
