Application Notes | Biacore CM-5 chips were functionalized with 350 response units recombinant human DAF in 10 mM sodium acetate (pH 4.6) or 8,000 response units bovine serum albumin as a negative control. The DAF-derivatized chip was saturated with LU30 scFv fragment (25-100 nM) by injecting this fragment at 10 μl/min in PBS containing 0.5 % bovine serum albumin and 0.05 % TWEEN 20™. The resultant sensorgrams were analyzed. |
