Description | CXCL8 (aa 30-43) specific antibody (V3S-0324-FY59) is capable of binding to human IL-8, as well as exhibiting cross-reactivity with gro-alpha, gro-beta, gro-gamma, and ENA-78. Specifically, the antibody binds within the epitope of KELRCQCIKTYSKP in human IL-8. Notably, it demonstrates a binding affinity of 0.964 nM for IL-8, 0.526 nM for Gro-B, and 1.74 nM for ENA-78. CXCL8 (aa 30-43) specific antibody (V3S-0324-FY59) is a monoclonal antibody of the IgG1 isotype with kappa light chain specificity. It is designed to target human interleukin-8 (IL-8). Extensive epitope mapping studies have revealed its specific binding site to be located within the sequence KTYSKPFHPKFI of the IL-8 protein. The inhibitory activity of the antibody on calcium mobilization, quantified by IC₅₀, was measured at 0.1 ug/mL. |
