CXCL8 (aa 30-43) Specific Antibody (V3S-0324-FY59) is a monoclonal antibody of the IgG1 isotype with kappa light chain specificity. It is designed to target human interleukin-8 (IL-8). Extensive epitope mapping studies have revealed its specific binding site to be located within the sequence KTYSKPFHPKFI of the IL-8 protein. The inhibitory activity of the antibody on calcium mobilization, quantified by IC₅₀, was measured at 0.1 ug/mL. |
