Description | This product is a neutralizing antibody clone CA45, derived from monkey. It binds with the ectodomain of Ebola virus (EBOV) GP (glycoprotein), that spans multiple faces of the fusion loop stem, across both GP1 and GP2 subunits. CA45 neutralizes EBOV, BDBV and SUDV with high potency and it protects against EBOV, SUDV, and BDBV virus challenge in mice, guinea pigs, or ferrets. This antibody has been tested by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Bio-layer interferometry and Neutralization assay. |
