Application Notes | For ELISA, the titrated Abs in dilution buffer with 1% nonfat dry milk was added to the microwells and incubated for 1 hour at room temperature. For Bio-layer interferometry (BLI), the antibody was performed at about 10 μg /mL in a kinetics buffer. And the antibody was performed at 50 μg/mL in vitro neutralization assay. |
