Description | This product is a human antibody AR3X that identifies the HCV envelope glycoprotein E2. AR3X also identified E2 envelopes from genotypes 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. AR3X is distinctive for its unusually long CDRH2 insertion, which forms extensive connections with E2. However, this does not alter AR3X's preconfigured mode of interaction with E2, which is based on its straight CDRH3 containing a disulfide motif. |
