Description This is a anti-HIV-1 human antibody recoginzing membrane-proximal external region (MPER) of HIV-1 gp41. It is an IgG1 that has a relatively short CDRH3 with limited hydrophobicity. It has broad neutralizing ability against HIV-1. The IC₅₀ value of this antibody against HIV-1 is 5.8 μg/mL.
