Description | This antibody is a neutralizing IgG clone MPV467 specific for hMPV (Human metapneumovirus) F protein, derived from human. MPV467 has potent neutralizing activity against Human metapneumovirus. mAbs MPV467 has the most potent neutralizing activity against both hMPV CAN/97-83 and hMPV TN/93-32, with picomolar activity (below 1 ng/mL) against hMPV TN/93-32. It is one of the most potent mAb, which limits virus replication in mouse lungs in mice assay. This antibody has been tested using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Neutralization assay. |
