Description | Mutant antigen analysis using antibody H17-L19 showed high reproducibility. Selected loci were concentrated on the same subset of loci across replicate experiments, and positive locus differential selection across all loci was highly correlated across replicates. These results demonstrate that the analysis of mutant antigens using antibody H17-L19 is reliable. |
