Summary

Description This product is a human antibody recognizing influenza A virus NA, termed as 1G04. It binds with multiple different influenza A and B virus neuraminidases and inhibits N2, N3 and certain N1 NAs. It shows some cross-reactivity to N3 and N6 (group 2), and N1, N5 and N8 (group 1), as well as weak binding to influenza B NA.

Application Notes ELISA: The mAb was diluted to a starting concentration of 30 μg/mL, serially diluted 1:3, and incubated for 2 h at room temperature.
Bio-layer interferometry (BLI): Each of the eight sensors were submerged into a different dilution of antibody (starting at 10 μg/mL and serially diluted two-fold) and measured for 300 seconds.
Neutralization assay (Neut): The mAb was diluted to a starting concentration of 30 μg/mL, serially diluted 1:2 in UltraMDCK media.
