Description F018 is a fully human antibody that exhibits specific binding to nicotine. The dissociation constants (KD) for the antibody's interactions with (R)-(+)-nicotine, as determined by equilibrium dialysis, are measured at 3.1 nM for clone F018. The isotype is IgG2.
