| Description | This product is a human monoclonal antibody specifically designed to target the G glycoprotein of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). It is a non-neutralizing anti-RSV G protein antibody that effectively inhibits the binding of RSV G protein to CX3CR1 and prevents RSV G protein-induced chemotaxis. In a murine model of RSV infection, treatment with this monoclonal antibody not only decreased pulmonary inflammation and the production of inflammatory cytokines but also enhanced virus clearance. Notably, its F(ab')2 fragment is responsible for reducing leukocyte trafficking and IFN-γ production, without affecting viral replication. |
