Description | The mAb is a mouse IgG2a antibody which binds SBV GP with high affinity. The antibody provides protection against lethal SBV infection in IFNAR-/- mice. Using biolayer interferometry, the affinity of the head-stalk fragment of SBV Gc (aa 465-874) for the full-length recombinant antibody was determined. The recombinant SBV head-stalk construct showed binding to these antibodies with dissociation constants of KD= 36 ± 4 nM. |
