Description | This product is a chimeric monoclonal antibody specific for a human carcinoma-associated protein antigen. The antigen has been found to be associated with colon cancer and certain breast and ovarian epithelial tissues. It has proved that mAb 31.1 inhibited tumor growth in vivo and inhibited the growth of both LS 174-T and ASPC-1 tumor cells in mice. |
