Description | Anti-ASTL antibody (clone SB2) binds to human SAS1B protein, which is coded by ASTL gene. It does not cross-react with mouse SAS1B protein. Recombinant human splice variant A of SAS1B (aa 22-431) was used to generate this antibody. The mAb SB2 does not react with the ECD of SAS1B (aa 164-431) suggesting that its epitope lies in the N-terminus of the protein. The antibody can be used for the inhibition of cells expressing SAS1B. |
