| Description | This monoclonal antibody specifically targets the C. difficile toxin B. It has been observed that the antibody does not interact with the purified native toxin A. Through immunoblotting, it was determined that the mAb does interact with denatured toxin B. Furthermore, testing revealed that the purified antibody displays immunoreactivity, exhibiting a positive reaction to native toxin B with a binding affinity of 18 pM. |
