Description | This is a human IgG1 antibody that directed against human C-type lectin, which has an amino acid sequence of 275 amino acids. Studies have found that human C-type lectins are expressed only by myeloid cells and not by lymphocytes and other cell types. This makes human C-type lectins suitable target molecules for binding molecules, particularly immunoconjugates, for the research of myeloid neoplastic diseases such as AML and CML. |
