Description | EBI3 is a 34 kDa glycoprotein containing a signal peptide and two fibronectin type III domains, but lacks a membrane anchoring motif; it is secreted and also present on the plasma membrane and endoplasmic reticulum (ER). The Ab7 antibody and Ab7 antibody variants bind to the human EBI3 subunit of IL-27 with high affinity. AB7 is a mouse IgG2a antibody with a wildtype Fc domain. |
