Description | MOR022962 antibody is a recombinant human antibody, which can recognizes Human GDF2. It is cross reactive with Monkey and Rat. Mor022962 effectively inhibited human BMP9-induced reporter gene activity with low IC50s, but had minimal impact on human BMP2 or BMP7-induced reporter gene activity. The MOR022962 antibody also demonstrated the ability to inhibit rat BMP9-induced reporter gene activity, exhibiting clear and significant reduction. Additionally, MOR022962 exhibited high affinity binding to human GDF2 (12 pM), cyno GDF2 (18 pM), rat GDF2 (6 pM), and mouse GDF2 (5 pM). |
