| Description | Clone BL-3 6 is a recombinant antibody derived from mice that specifically recognizes KSHV PAN (Kaposi Sarcoma Herpesvirus PAN). The Fab-binding motif 5'-GAAACAC-3' interacts with Fab-BL3-6. Specifically, the nucleotides G14 and C20 form Watson-Crick hydrogen bonds, while A15, A17, and C18 fold into the protein and establish hydrogen bonding interactions with Fab-BL3-6. These findings confirm and support the previously described binding interactions between the Fab-binding motif and Fab-BL3-6. |
