Description | This antibody (clone MEH63) is against Methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) cells through the S. aureus TrkH family potassium uptake protein. The TrkH family potassium uptake protein recognised by MEH63 is the potassium-conducting subunit of the Trk transport system, involved in the vitality of bacteria. MEH63 exhibited the high reduction in the viability of S. aureus S.a.48 (~44%y) and S. aureus S.a.61 (~52%). |
